Running intervals 1:00:00 [3]
BOK/UBOC Interval Session on The Downs (8 x c60/65 seconds)
First week, hope it went ok the other 5 (Hanne, Abi, Time, Mark B, MattW) that came along seemed to enjoy it.
Wanted to keep the first session relatively easy and simple... warm up jog, bit of stretching, drills.... should remember to do some stretching at end too!!
Probably aim to start at 7PM next week as 6:30 may be a bit early for some due to traffic etc.
Any comments/suggestions from those that came along most welcome.
