Orienteering race 42:42 [3] 8.9 km (4:48 / km) +27m 4:44 / km

Abingdon Urban-O - Course 2 - 6.0km

Calves both painful after yesterday, but kept this together ok..... a few minor time losses where I was rushing things a little bit and possibly a couple of sub-optimal route choices.

1-2 20 secs

5-6 went into Budgens service yard as thought was way out at end, but realised pretty quickly that this was not the case and backtracked - 36 secs

6-7 went south, but fences marked as crossable were quite difficult to cross, so may not have been best route in end - 10 secs

9-10 took the left then first right out of control instead of second right, quickly corrected again - 15 secs

13-14 south may have been better - 20 secs

18-19 not clear that path from south was viable route, but was - although probably not a lot in it - 5 secs

21 - hesitated before control as there were some steps up, but these were not clear at all on the map - they are there

5th - RB 37:12, JO 38:21, KF 40:56, PL 42:04 - reasonably happy with that with hard weekend of running

Tour de Cam and Dursley - Sprint Stage

I hate running on hard surfaces without a map and red and white flags to find!!

Also can't sprint.... well down on the four sprints today... but currently first ..... but will wait for the Strava uh oh!! after Tim goes out later............

Calf was tightening at times, but nothing too dramatic
