Yoxter Ranges - Brown Course - 10.7km

Ok to no. 3, but then it started raining heavily, which was frustrating as was wearing glasses........ messed this one up. passed by Adam and then losing time trying to keep glasses as clear as possible

Oh well felt like I was running ok most of time

Lowest ever WNL score..... got totally lost

over 21 minutes from the last control I punched to finish just about sums it up

Friday Jan 19 #

Note
(rest day)

15-hour day (PhilM you lightweight!)..... no time for training

Wednesday Jan 17 #

Run 1:01:32 [3] 10.29 km (5:59 / km) +344m 5:07 / km

Stinchcombe Hill - yet another variation and still finding new paths

Tuesday Jan 16 #

Cycling (Virtual) 30:36 [3] 17.1 km (1:47 / km)

Sunday Jan 14 #

Mountain Bike O 2:53:56 [3] 38.1 km (4:34 / km) +739m 4:10 / km

MTBO - New Beechenhurst - Brierley - Sallowvallets

First MTB in ages - bike could probably have done with a service first (or brakes anyway - as back one sticking, making it harder work than it should have been)

Decided early on not to bother with the four controls in Hayward Plantation, east of Cinderford - should have cleared the rest by going to 12 first - otherwise just not bike fit
