Orienteering race 1:00:40 [3] 8.83 km (6:52 / km) +168m 6:16 / km

Western Night League - Copse Wood

Went clockwise.....1, 2, 3 ..... then 25 through horrid brambles, 9, 19 (slightly left), then missed open ride - got thrown off line by very large fallen tree, then by a wall of brambles to 26 - at this point thought this was going to be horrid - but ended up being he worst parts and some very nice runnable woods after.

18, 20, 0, 17, 11, 23, 26 (should have then done 13), 27 - long track run, 21 went south, when north quicker!!, 24, 12, 13 - lost up to 2 minutes as did not see ditch, too far right and came out of track, then head went.... went back out of control north, then back out on to track, then headed back towards 22 in semi open, turned back and only had time for 5 on way back......

without stupidity in and out of 13, could [possibly have cleared

Tommi beat me by 2-3 points I believe to take the season score to 3-2 to him......

Resting ankle - so hill climb on bike instead

Various bits and pieces, also involving standing for an hour in the cold marshalling the Dursley Dozen.... it was bleedin freezing...

Longest bit from Community Centre to marshall point, via Union Hill, then a loop around Ashen Plains Wood and Breakheart Quarry
