Orienteering race 27:41 [3] 5.21 mi (5:19 / mi) +78m 5:05 / mi

Bath Spa University Campus - Long Sprint style race

Well planned by 'The Legend'. First couple of controls in campus buildings, then a few easy ones in the fields - with energy sapping hills and soggy ground - back into buildings, before some wooded/parkland bits and finishing off in the larger campus buildings bit...

Felt like I was running reasonably well, but making very small sloppy mistakes in places..... misread where last control was, so ended up losing 20 seconds here and a position to Ifor.... (lost 2:00 in total according to Splitsbrowser)

Very high class field for a BOK Saturday event, with Ben, Adam, Owain, Megan and Chloe all present.....

10th ..... Ben was just under 21!!

Forest of Dean Half Postponed - so another snowy run on Stinchcombe Hill

First lap - stayed on golf course - hard work particularly on west facing slopes, so went on lower path on second lap below edge..... lovely on this path and only one set of foot prints for firs part..... bumped into Tim, Laura and Martha ...... then along bottom to CW where no one else had been...

Wind on top of hill was very hard work to run into........

As much as I find running in snow fun, it is now time for Spring (please!)

Back a bit sore, but quads ok
