Had to go to the tip, so went down to Nailsworth after for a flat quicker run on the railway path.

Quite busy so had to slow a few times, but generally just lacking any speed, but got it done.

Heart rate averaged at 172 (my max is supposed to be 168 and not for 22 minutes - what do you make of the Philm?) - readings were low to start as expected, then went very high, but settled to between 168 and 172 from about 1.8km.
