Castle Stream - Folly Wood - Whiteway and back along ridge, through Breakheart, Hermitage Woods - small footpath by crags and back up and down to fire station.

Felt better than I have for a long time, which I think is the impact of the Pilates, last session this coming week, but need to keep it going.

Spin around the flatlands to see if fully recovered from after effects of vaccination, after feeling groggy and headachy on Thursday and tired yesterday. Didn't feel too bad, but not quite 100%, with a runny nose and breathing slightly out on hills.
