Foot still killing me, so I "ran" with Katie and Max. They are Orange runners, so the idea was an intro to advanced courses. Very slow to start, then speed and flow picked up quite nicely. No mistakes, but some cautious route choices. 9th out of 32 kind of amazing. Seems like 50 minutes would have been eminently feasible.
