Running race (Ranheim til topps) 32:33 [5] 5.32 km (6:07 / km) +450m 4:18 / km
shoes: Icebugs spikes

Moro med bakkeløp! Startet litt for friskt ut og fikk dermed se meg passert av 2 kvinner senior og en jente 13-16 (?!?!?) når det virkelig begynte å dra seg til. Dagens beste følelse kom da jeg innså at løpet jeg trodde var 6km var 5,320km.

Varmet opp ca en halvtime. (=4km) Etter løpet løp jeg ned og til nærmeste bussholdeplass (=6km).

Sette ut og ta inn poster til TdT. Veldig rolig. Stod i kiosken også. Trente litt på å spise opp kakerester også, intensitet 4.

Running (1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1) 30:00 [5]

Ran intervals with Line, Inga and Lene. Inga was in charge and we ran 1(1)-2(1)-3(1)-4(3)-4(2)-3(1)-2(1)-1. We ran up, down, flat, on road and on paths. I was in really good shape to day! Really enjoyed this training :)
