shoes: Five Fingers KSOs

Did 3x 10 min loops around the KOA campground. Mainly gravel, some asphalt and grass, and a couple hundred yards of fairly rooty, technical trail with water crossings and steep hills. Felt really good. Got a good sweat.

Rode across the highway starting with Tabata intervals. My arms and legs were tingly and weak after the workout. Extremely hot and humid at 91F with some big drops of rain. I was really wasted.
