Rode around South Farm cornfields. Lots of deep grass. Slow going at times. Fairly difficult peddling at low gears at times. Weather was pretty good with cool North wind.

Ran howl loop then mingo. Stomach got really upset, maybe from my homemade salt tabs. Inov8s killed me. My little toes hurt so much even a day after. A little worried about losing toenails. Plus, the heel cup was digging into me, much like last year. I think my feet may have widened from barefoot, VFF, and Keen wear.
Squat w/o. Went up to 315 for a rep. Then back to 225, which seemed fairly easy. I'd like to start finishing on deeper 135# high rep squats, like 20+.
Ball crunches. Started w/ clean & jerk. That didn't feel good at all. Only did 2 reps and stopped. Finished w/ hyperextensions.
