Oxwich training day
Lots of orienteering exercises. really liked the triangle exercise with Lucy and Katie
Contour only course was really good...went round with Harry
Line course was also good to get into the map. Coached Lucy & Harry...Sophie, Tom & Jack sorted themselves out mainly.
Preety cold day and very tiring

Felt dreadful, legs very heavy and had to cut run short as was so tired
