Legs a bit tired, but was able to hold a decent pace when I was paying attention. Got distracted in the middle of the second hard lap in the rolling section so had to run the latter half a bit harder. Feeling more comfortable reaching for pace, so that's good at least. Not a longer effort today since it's technically a recovery week. Still trying to figure out what I'll do for a long run.

Been taking it easy with the fly since I tweaked my shoulder a bit with the heavy reps. Definitely getting stronger and starting to notice it a bit more which is nice. Also a benefit of not looking like a Jr High boy upstairs.

All in all a good run. Course was a bit slow, good amount of dirt trail, rolling hills, and wind. Got caught out by myself for most of the race as per usual, and I struggled in the hills miles 11 - 13, but pretty happy with the effort. Hoping to roll on this and get in another 2 or so efforts before the mary.
