Weather update for Sunday's marathon:
Patchy rain, snow, and freezing drizzle before 9am, then a chance of rain. Cloudy, with a high near 45. North wind 6 to 9 mph.

Sounds like ultra running to me.

Legs super tired. No bike today, Rachel let me take the car. Will do a short run to try and shake out some of this tightness. Biking is not intense at all, but just hadn't been on the bike. Hoping I can manage this and show up Sunday ready to run hard. Crossing fingers starts now. Gotta ride in tomorrow, will try to coast the whole way :)

Rachel's car is gone. Engine blew and was about the same to replace it as I could have sold it for. So, I sold it for parts and we're a one car family for the time being. Will be commuting a bunch. Not super awesome on race week to suddenly add 140-160 bike miles, but we do what we need to do.
