Feeling strong. Legs tired today for sure. Plan for going forward is to get a minimum of 10K climbing. This is solidly doable. Saturday's ride I felt super solid, Casey was hurting bad, but was so fun to get out with him. Thinking of going back to run 3x Ringtail and adding a bit on the HCT to hit 62 miles and knock out a huge climbing day and do a Cup O' Dirt ride since Sunday is Ma's day and no MTB for me, so make it work.

10 beers this weekend and down 5 lbs. Real work has begun...
