Pick up soccer. Was worried about how the quad would hold up, was "OK". I did not play any passes or shots with the left and was running at 3/4 speed. I played poor I'd say, but the team we played was much better.
still sore, again slightly better than yesterday, jogged a couple hundred yards yesterday and felt promising, better when landing forefoot than on the heel, as to be expected with the quad. will continue to take it easy, going to play in the game on Sunday, but will warm up for a long time and make sure I keep it under wraps, jogging not sprinting, playing in the hole and not on the shoulder.
