Run 400m, 2 Rounds 0f: 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 GHD sit-ups, 10 GHD extensions
For time three rounds of
Handstand push-ups
Ring dips (assisted - blue band)
Push-ups
Round 1: 21 reps each, round 2 15 reps, round 1 9 reps.
Gave up on the handstand push-ups half way through the second round, switched to a pike press. Completed the three rounds in 9:15.
