Lots of climb on a short course, no issues other than poor fitness.

The main workout included 800 and 400 meter runs on the front and back end (with 30 snatches x 95, 30 squats x 95 and 30 push ups). I think I am finally to the point where my knee is no longer a limiting factory - but my aerobic fitness is horrible.
