calves are still sore from 6 & 7 days ago. run felt good until mile 11ish when I had some stomach cramps and had to walk and sit down for a bit until they subsided and then I was able to run the last couple miles. tried some powder in my bladder, believe that was the culprit. ankles and hips seem to always be sore, don't know what the deal is. Have no idea how I am going to accomplish 50 miles in 5 weeks.
