Ran the Dipsea with Ryan 35 minutes out and then turned around because of time. Felt much better today, would have liked to keep running. Again lots of stairs and hills, great training trail.

Ran with Ryan, started on the Dypsea....100s of stairs, then cut over the the sun trail and made a loop back to the car. Just a guess on the 1500 feet, big climb.

arches of my feet tight. had to walk the first couple miles then massage my feet and then I was able to run a bit. I guess that is what happens when you don't work up your time and distance and give yourself adequate training time.

calves are still sore from 6 & 7 days ago. run felt good until mile 11ish when I had some stomach cramps and had to walk and sit down for a bit until they subsided and then I was able to run the last couple miles. tried some powder in my bladder, believe that was the culprit. ankles and hips seem to always be sore, don't know what the deal is. Have no idea how I am going to accomplish 50 miles in 5 weeks.
