Didn't get out yesterday due to frantic study for my exam on Thursday. Gonna take this week pretty easy.
Mon: maybe Rock Gympa or just a run from the house depending on work done today
Tue: Intervals 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 1mins rest for 1-3 2 for 4,5
Wed: Sprint training
Thursday: Probably some more cramming
Friday: half freedom run! Only one exam left (my favourite one) =D
