Mon- Climbing + Arms
Tues- O intervals Linne before tiomila meeting
Weds- Tiomilafinslip - in the not island Ă…land
Thurs- rest
Fri- tiomila dinner
Sat- Ladies Tiomila (does it have a name?) last leg approx 9k. Gonna be tough but I am totally up for it.
Sun- Long run?

O intervals in Nasten. Had no speed but my orienteering wasn't too bad. Didn't know there were no tags out so first few controls I was pretty bad in the circle.

Included getting out of nasten but wasn't particularly taxing orienteering wise.
