Still injured. going climbing again tonight cos that wasn't too bad. Not sure when I'll be able to run again. Hopefully soon enough

This was really fun. Played around on the hard competition problems cos I'm afraid of trying the easy ones. Did ok on the womens cash prize problem but still no top. Can't get my foot up due to the injury. Last move is big as well but sure we'll cross that bridge when we come to it...

The most beautiful day. Got injured still had great fun. Won't be walking for a few days though....

Jesus I'm in pain today. Tough climbing session and not having a bike means I dont get to spin the legs out afterwards so I just get really stiff. Need to fix that pronto.

Maulin hillrun. Definitely hit the wall on the wall but it was good fun. saw Ruth ahead of me near the finish line but I was kind of reluctant to at the end because she'd been better than me overall. Was trying to not treat it as a hill race more of a hill run. Was fun.

Good placement though. 133rd so my best in that respect I think and 145% which is definitely my best.

Nice long week of recovery for me really. Have been commuting every day but my ankle was quite sore last week after the hill run and that put together with life things meant I'm nice and recovered now (hopefully) speed (insofar as I can) session tonight Then on to Jukola! wooo

climbing from 6.30-10. Went for a lot of strong moves today but my balance was all over the place because I think I did something wonky to my knee over the weekend. All that wading. Good fun though.

Course Distances. So tired this day too. Pretty clean. Mistake on 16 though didn't go off the map so that's good...
