8 of us today so two teams of four. Pretty full on. Fun but not as much as usual. Was mostly good people there and one of the guys who was on my team both times seemed to have a problem passing it to me. Meh what can you do. Still good craic.

Climb is from the map. Lovely hill loop in sunnersta. Was taking it pretty easy mostly due to my legs being super tight for some reason. First lap I did with Johannes and a girl I didn't know and then slightly picked up the pace for the second lap. The girls were doing hill intervals up the longest steepest hill in the place. Absolute champions.

Milestone in that this is my first interval session that I was not last in since I've been in Sweden. Actually had three people behind me for most of them and was pretty close to Anna for a lot of them so feeling a bit proud of myself. This month hasn't been the best for training with a few little injuries and assignments due but I think I'm still getting somewhere.

Night training in Lunsen. Because it wasn't a hard enough map already. First four were pretty fine then made a balls of five managed to get back on track by six but then my light died on the track. Thankfully I had my little bike light because it was pitch black. there was one moment where I felt very alone and pretty blind and all I could hear was really creepy music coming from an icecream van nearby..... Fun though.

BIRTHDAY SESSION. Said I'd get it in early as a non running friend is over this weekend.

27x1min(actually 50s) hills.

Lovely evening for it. The moon was really huge and the path I picked was really nice except for the fact that it was covered in ice but I just ran on the grass beside it and it was fine.

First nine or so we're ok. Body never felt pushed but a strange thing was happening to my brain in the middle where i just could not count. Just had to rely on my Garmin telling me the laps and hope I didn't do the dreaded "stop not lap" that's so easy on my Garmin. One of the intervals is actually pay off the warm up because I forgot to reset it. Actually pretty fun in reality if very trippy. Counted down the last nine so they were easier to keep track of.

Hill was 15m from the orienteering map.

Orienteering/long run. Started out as a group of around seven but then myself Hanna and Sam decided to take it at an easier pace. Very happy for this as the ankle/calf was still feeling a bit rough. Was such a nice and relaxed run. This was also made better by the fact that we got some delicious brunch afterwards and played some board games. We organised some kites afterwards which was really lovely because it made me feel part of the club :) great day
