It was bring your bestie to the gym week in Roar's gym so I got to tag along.

The jogging wasn't great for the chest but the weights and the rowing were grand.

I did what Roar did but with like half the weight. Really fun!

Hand felt pretty ok though I wasn't pushing it too hard. Managed a couple of reds. Definitely on the recovery train

Then Rock Gympa with Ross who has altogether too much energy!

saying that really enjoyed this evening. Was missing seeing everyone and also exercising.

2x 10 minutes 1 min at zone 4ish and 1 min zone 3ish.

Gym in the middle. Felt pretty good to be honest.

Need to find a nice 30 minute loop from here that goes by the gym

same as last time really except instead of one arm hangs i did 2 arm hangs. Finger is a bit odd feeling but it wasn't sore which is good. Not sure how much of my contact strength I'll get back but if I go slow I'd say i'll get the normal strength back

got to orienteer in such a lovely forest even if i had to take it quite easy due to the hand. definitely want to go here again
