Makara Xterra Good fun and pretty tough. Cruised the first third but could feel the lack of training in the end. 36th woman and 110th out of 230 so not too bad. Better than expected.

Jake smashed the middle field in 66. Coming in 3 mins in the lead.

Track session with fast people. Was supposed to be 5*1200 with 1 min but I was well off the back so didn't get the rest. Pretty much did 2*2.4 with a slow lap on the middle missing interval. Felt pretty good for most but arms coming up a lot.
