Holy crap my legs are stinging like a mother fucker. Forgot my running socks so I ran barelegged into the giant bramble/nettle/thorn bush that is Oughval wood. Enjoyed it immensely though. I thought it'd take me another ten minutes so I only got 50 minutes done pretty happy with it though.

Running 30:00 [4]

Did two laps of the demesne and then ran around the place a bit to make up the 30 mins. Felt quite heavy and slow. Did both the laps in 12/13 which I wasnt very happy with. Think I was just tired today. My legs felt really heavy. Need to get back into the training swing of things. I'll have plenty of distractionless time anyways..... some parts of the undergrowth of the forest have been cut back so it actually looked quite runable at times. May have to check that out....

Hill walk 1:30:00 [3]

Went up Tonlegee with Roar. It was grand except for the really steep bit where I wanted to kill roar. He was right though. Took it pretty slowly the whole way. Was very nice. Possibly my favourite =D

Hill walk 5:28:30 [2] 20.51 km (16:01 / km) +821m 13:21 / km

This hurt. Not my general moving my body hurt. That part was really easy. It hurt my legs. Gorse style. My god i thought the scratching would never end!!!! That was only for an hour though the rest of it was fine. Getting up the last stretch up to the windmills was a bit harder than the rest especially cos I was the one carrying the bag then (we took it in turns) stupid roar prancing along beside me =P wasnt too bad though. All in all pretty enjoyable. Also found that I can put up with roar for hours of walking. Good to know =P

Hill walk 2:20:47 [1] 9.17 km (15:21 / km) +271m 13:23 / km

Nice stroll up a hill with Roar... found a cividade.... whatever that is....

Sports 1:00:00 [3]

This was tough. Board was really big and really hard to bring back out to sea....

Hill walk hills 2:56:00 [3] 14.67 km (12:00 / km) +840m 9:20 / km

Hill walk with Colm. Havn't been up anything for a while so I was pretty slow up.Just walking though. It was really misty and windy and when we got to the top it was a full on gale. Got really hard to see anything and extremely wet going down Table track so we decided to go back to the cairn and descend the way we came. There was an old man at the top of the cairn that started talking to us and I could see Colm getting ever so slightly pissed off when he kept telling us things that Colm already knew. Was semi funny. Descent was pretty grand. Light run down. Passed these triathaletes who had turned back for some reason because the weather was beautiful just when we got down a bit and you could see it'd blow off soon.
Colm went over on his ankle as well... Feel quite guilty about that....

Altogether I'm pretty happy with today. Bring on tomorrow!!! =P

Running 41:00 [3] 7.8 km (5:15 / km) +105m 4:55 / km

Right so this was the first time I've ever actually tried to give myself a pace and stick to it... I wanted to do 5/k which was totally doable I think. However I had forgotten that i'd eaten about 15 minutes previous so after the first lap i had to take a two minute rest cos i felt slightly nauseated. then I took another minute after the second one. The third lap was pretty fun cos people were actually walking up the steep way for a change and I got to pass them out. Altogether pretty happy with my running, even if i didn't get it spot on.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2]

Warm up. Didnt warm down.

Running 15:00 [3]
