Wow I've just been hit with a severe sense of guilt for the last two weeks... never again! I dont know what I was thinking. Need to pull up my socks big time! actualy first of all I need to find my socks....

first run In ages. Found it really difficult. Went running in the jenkinstown wood area.. Theres a few other little woods in the general area and I gave them a look in. I felt really slow (because I was) and I started getting dizzy after about 20 mins so I dont think I'm actually feeling too well today. 68% zone 4 21% zone 5...... My heart rate just shot up when I started to run and stayed there. Took two or three 10 second breathers but they didnt help at all....

I FORGOT TO START MY FUCKING GARMIN!!!! No idea how i did. Roar did it in 19 though..... Quite an enjoyable race considering the amount of time i wasted taking crazy route choices trying to avoid this crazy security guard that wasn't told there was an event on there and was threatening to call the guards on me......

Decided I wanted to go hill walking but I had noone to go with because my usual accompaniment was in Norway so I invited a few college friends along. Fiach wasn't too bad but it was ana's first time. We went up the sugarloaf. bit slow going but it wasn't too bad. Then coming down they wanted to go off track. I said this was a bad idea as It was tough terrain and I didnt have my map as it had been left in the car. they didnt listen. Dear God I thought I was bad at descending..... Still though it was fun! not really a workout though....

Right didn't do any training this week because I've been working a lot. Ive lots of work next week too so I said I'd make a schedule so I couldn't avoid it. It goes like this

Monday- Hill walk+ run - 3 hrs
Tuesday- strength work- 30 mins
Wednesday- long run- 60-90 mins (possibly o-training)
Thursday- morning cycle/run 40 mins
Friday- rest
Saturday- morning run 30 mins
Sunday- evening run 40 mins

(mon wed interchangeable)

We'll see how that goes..... not promising anything..

3 laps. Probably my pb overall time. I actually traced it out on mapmyrun.com and each lap is 2k not the original 2.5 k that is stated on the sign in the demesne. I really didnt think it was anyways....
