Orienteering race 57:45 [3] 4.1 km (14:05 / km) +160m 11:47 / km

So I just couldn't run especially up the hills. My chest was fine and my heart rate was relatively low but my calves just wouldn't let me go. The feckers. Made a massive on no 1 and a few control circle errors but apart from that orienteered technically well I'd say. Could definitely do better though.

Run with alison to the top of the crags. Calves were tight to start with but they weren't too bad. I found the climb hard cos I'm a wuss. Stopped after around 50 mins (for alison) just cos I didn't want to hurt my knees too much. I'm happy I did really cos they're feeling alright now today

Fwtn. Didn't have my garmin so I don't know how far I ran. Pretty clean but had to wait for traffic for like a total of about 50 seconds.
