Running 43:12 [3] 7.4 km (5:50 / km) +70m 5:34 / km

This was not as pleasant as the other day for a few reasons:

I'm starting to feel my cold in my chest and it was quite tight.
It was much warmer than I anticipated. More shorts than long trousers weather.
It was daytime. I prefer running at night I think.
I stupidly changed up my running music but the tempos were all wrong so it screwed with my breath and my stride.

Was going to do 10k but then thought maybe I should keep it short for the moment plus I wasn't feeling it out there.

Plus side of Carrickgolligan- I've had lots of fun dethorning myself. I just found one about 5mm long in the back of my thigh. 5 mins well spent. Quite sick today. Bad head cold but still gonna go for a jog to try clear out my chest a bit.

Can now touch my toes. Off to my run and then more stretching. Woo!!!

Running 29:10 [3] 5.34 km (5:28 / km) +44m 5:15 / km

Same run as last Wednesday but this one felt much easier and less tugging at random places on my legs. Calves felt a little tight but not in a bad way really. Enjoyed myself.

I am much weaker than I thought. My stomach muscles have gone on holiday or something.

Orienteering race 37:17 [3] 5.3 km (7:02 / km)

Course distance. So tired from yesterday's debacle. Felt like I was running through water. More fun than I thought it would be though! home soil though I haven't really gone there that often since I was about 10.

Orienteering 29:12 [3] 3.0 km (9:44 / km)

Sprint in DCU. I am slow plus wasn't killing it trying to go easy on the leg. slight mistake going to 18 and didn't get the easier option on 8 but apart from that clean.

Orienteering race 1:27:47 [3] 5.0 km (17:33 / km)

This was awful. Three dreadful mistakes and went over on my ankle a lot. I hate this area. I will do it right some day.

I was doing some stretching and felt like my legs were ok enough to go for a jog. It's going to be horrible trying to backdate this btw.

Orienteering 25:40 [3] 2.5 km (10:16 / km) +60m 9:10 / km

Glasgow Parks race 1. I was not awake for the first two controls. All of these I did quite injured so times aren't reasonable. after control 2 I orienteered well for the rest of the day though.
12 PM

Orienteering 17:57 [3] 2.3 km (7:48 / km) +50m 7:02 / km

Was grand but sore. Tried to run a little bit more. By run I mean jog. Course distance
2 PM

Orienteering 45:20 [3] 5.0 km (9:04 / km) +40m 8:43 / km

My splitsbrowser line is quite straight. Maybe a bit hesitant at 2,3, 11 otherwise fine. Again tried to keep jogging but was very slow especially on the run in. Bet Rachel and some other girl somehow. Consistancy.
