The prodigal shoes have returned. Careful not to jar the hand too much

2x (small x15, big x10, big+bag X5) squats

2x10 sit ups

2*10 box jumps careful not to hurt the arms

25X One arm hangs because I don't wanna lose grip strength in both hands. These were between 2-3 seconds with the longest 5 secs

Instead of surgery I'm doing a conservative physio treatment which really suits me better. As a human. Really hope it works out.

I'm going to monitor my physio on here and use the intensity to represent the pain/effort it takes to do them.

Exercises are simple.5 times a day straighten and clench your hands as much as you can 10 times. Currently hurts really bad.

I'm killing two birds with one stone by using a water drinking app to remind me to do them

Knee feeling much better today. Pretty tough session today. I think climbing by myself has made my strength endurance a bit better. Teamed up with a tall strong bad technique guy for the last hour. What I didn't get in beta was made up for in the need to try to beat the guy with terrible technique to the top.

Contour only training organised by Johanna. Includes to and from KG.

Felt like a beginner again reading every contour and even then was making mistakes. Was nice to be concentrating so much though and really trying to understand the map. (I usually don't understand Nåsten that much in general) Had some nice chats with Johanna to and from. She said that Tromso was as scary as it looked. Might be fun to run it sometime.

Orienteering race (Nighthawk) 56:50 [3] 6.0 km (9:28 / km)

Nighthawk leg 5. We didn't have the nice terrain they just ran us around in the flat stuff and it was really warm. Stayed on tracks when I could because the bilberries were tough on my knee.
