FTP test. Pretty hard. Maybe could have gone faster but happy enough. Average for the 20mins was 133W which then swift estimates 95% of that so 125ish I think (still no way to know how accurate this is as we don't have a matching turbo. Was good fun. Really enjoyed it. Cycling hurts the body a lot less than running

planned on doing 4x1k but also wanted to do a segment. set my watch to do a workout but the first segment was actually about 1.2 so the rest was really bad (and I tried too hard) ended up taking next k easy and then did the other two reps.
Type 2 fun. Legs felt good though

A really fun skidorienteering intervals session organised by Lisa. Would be nice to be faster but was happy enough. Path only orienteering tricky enough to make it interesting but easy enough you could go fast. Great planning.

Taking in controls from a training I was meant to take in for a while. Garmin corrupted itself again so don't have my fecking great route to put on quickroute. Lots of time spent trying to untangle things from trees so happy enough with my pace through the orienteering sections.

Jog to the shop. My foot is sore which is why I didn't run yesterday but I said I had to at least make the effort to go for a run today. Could definitely feel it running but should be ok for tomorrow
