I know you're supposed to go slow. I just didnt want to. In retrospect should have conserved my energy.....

My god this was tough. Toughest training I've ever done.

Realised it was only my legs that were sore. Couldn't have that!

back extensions with leg and arm raises 15-15
30 seconds between each 90 seconds between sit ups and the others. 90 seconds between rounds.. approx
ouchies... will do more later... I'll let my stomach muscles rest lol

meant to go for a 60 minute run but lots of things happened and I just didnt have the time. Probably wouldnt have been able for it anyways....I'm taking a rest day tomorrow. I'm just tired and sore. Stupid body! also the demesne is getting reallllly boring.....

Gahhhh came back ten mins early!!!!!!!!!!!11 stupid gina! stupid! was great though. some very ruairi-ish controls lol. really enjoyable. should have done better but sure....will bring a watch next time... lol

It may seem like im not doing much today but Ive actually been doing some pretty tough gardening.... Will go swimming later and probably a run....

The first lap. I decided to do an expiriment to see if Ruairi was right....

And I am faster the second time around but not but muuuch

We were both kind of right...
