Note

I've been taking today and yesterday off because my ankles don't like it when I run. I think it's for the best. Will do some training tomorrow evening.

Decided I wanted to go hill walking but I had noone to go with because my usual accompaniment was in Norway so I invited a few college friends along. Fiach wasn't too bad but it was ana's first time. We went up the sugarloaf. bit slow going but it wasn't too bad. Then coming down they wanted to go off track. I said this was a bad idea as It was tough terrain and I didnt have my map as it had been left in the car. they didnt listen. Dear God I thought I was bad at descending..... Still though it was fun! not really a workout though....

I had intended to do looaaads of training today but I got a call this morning from work asking could I work a 12 hour shift.... eugh. So lots of training to be done tomorrow! =D

Not actually sure how long it was cos my phone was dead and clock coordination is a bitch but it was around the ten minute mark

Did three laps of the demesne with a bit of embellishment. Really enjoyed my running today. Had to warm up before this because I'd already gone cold from my drive down to the demesne. annoying...
