Only got to do one cos roar didn't leave me another map. Was going grand til I creased myself and then completely forgot what I was doing. Lost some time. Forgot I was supposed to be going fast for the whole thing seemingly. Embarassingly low heart rate.

Lovely orienteering. Got stuck in a marsh for a while. Couldnt acually get my legs high enough to climb out of a hole I was in..... serious wading. As a result messed up the fourth control. Ah well

Really nice place to oienteer. Slightly less slow than yesterday but its just really difficult to move in snow. Especially up hills.

Snowwwwwwwwwwy. Nice orienteering. Things were so much more obvious than in ireland even when they were covered in snow. Swedish maps are amazing <3

First run in Stockholm. Ran out to this really lovely park with a big hill in the middle then out along the stand and onto this little island and then back. Beautiful city, beautiful run. lots of stopping and looking.
