was 15 mins late. hard session. shoulders were quite sore.

Wasn't that tired after circuits so I went in to do a bit of cardio. The cross trainer doesn't work for me any more. I was at crossramp 13 and resistance 8, 170spm and my hr was only like 130-140 had to go to resistace 13 to get anything out of it at all but I didnt want to give my legs too much hassle. I did it anyways though cos who needs legs that work....

O-intervals with Roar... expect not with Roar cos we started on different ones. Was pretty good. Made a few mistakes and some routes were closed off due to being underpasses that are impossible to differentiate between roads at night. last two were slow because they were in Trinity which is quite dark at night so I had to stop at lampposts etc. Doesn't combine with my eyesight well.

Beca was apparently "feeling" yesterdays "running" and so we did more walking than running today.

Ran back to the demesne and around after beca made me walk all the way back up to Dad's with her cos she didnt want to be seen in running clothes or something ridiculous like that. Anyways there wasnt that much light left so I went slightly faster than I generally would go I think cos I knew i'd only have like 15 mins. Thats an approx
