was difficultish for the arm things cos I've had like a dead arm all day. Very strange. Probably just slept on it wrong.

So, I've decided to change my attackpoint because of something Colm said. Yes, I actually do listen to Colm sometimes. Anyway I've made the activities that are the most beneficial to me, in terms of fitness and running/orienteering ability, brighter. Now I cant fool myself about my training.

Ran with Sarah the whole way this time. lap and a half. Legs felt tight at the beginning felt better as I ran. Had to make the decision whether I was gonna do the extra loop or not coming down the military road. I was feeling fine, (probably cos it was downhill) so I decided I'd do extra. Died a little coming up chesterfield but the downhill after it was enough that I could Keep going til the clubhouse. Probably just the right length.

4xthree laps of the track in the outside lane so pretty much 4x1000. 4:23 4:26 4:45 (eugh pretty died) 4:27. Sarah caught me on the half lap rest and then we felt like we had to keep with each other. Brought the pace back up. Happy enough but sooooore

Most horrible run for a long time. Legs felt leaden, chest was broken I was just a mess. Stopped time was like 5 mins. Pathetic. However Have a chesty cold so I'm blaming that to feck... Plus I hate Bray... The scene of the first torture run.... :P
