What a great evening for running. Started off a bit fast but I decided not to slow it down and have a bit of a leg stretching run because I haven't had one in a while and I was feeling up to it (which is a miracle considering how sore my legs were yesterday). The pace wasn't really conversational though I'd say my heart rate wasn't too high and I wasn't blowing that hard when I was finished but I just enjoyed the run. This might be in part due to wearing my Salomons or the fact that I was passing people and noone passed me or because it was such a nice temperature. For whatever reason anyway enjoyed the run even though it wasn't exactly a recovery run. Added a little bit extra onto the run I did with Alison the other day.
