So wet! Dreading the return journey....

Running intervals 23:33 [3] 2.41 km (9:46 / km) +119m 7:50 / km

15x15s hill intervals. Loads of rest intervals were on average 4:00-4:10 pace. Hamstring ridiculously tight afterwards

walked most of the way back home so didnt count it.Did race up the stairs though!

So I can see that it was the cycle home on Monday that made my knee sore. Probably due to how sore my hips were (pretty sure that's where your power comes from while cycling) Tried to ensure I wasn't using my knees for this. Legs were still tired though. It appears I'm still not fit.

went to bring my friend Therese out for a jog so went to hers the long way some of the running is from running with her and then the long way home. I only logged the parts where my heartrate was over a certain point. was planning on going for longer after I dropped her off but just didn't feel like it.

Orienteering race 1:36:19 [3] 10.9 km (8:50 / km) +437m 7:22 / km

Legs were very tender for this so wasn't able to run very fast. Was nice to go out on a 1:25000 map though.
