I really need to do more strength and conditioning. My body is very imbalanced. My range of motion in my left leg far outstrips my right leg.I think its mainly due to my hip rotator and my IT bands (still!) so I need to fix those. It's not causing major problems at the moment but thats because I'm not seriously training. I know that when I start to up my training this is going to get a lot worse if I don't do something about it.
