Had a great weekend in Galway with Roar, ACampbell, chill, routhe and the Don. Body is feeling stretched and my head is rested. Bring on the week! The plan is to hopefully
Tuesday: orienteering or working really late
Wednesday: hill run unless working too late in which case climbing?
Thursday:Get my bike (woooo) maybe climbing if not done on Wednesday
Friday: tempo run
Saturday: Cycle to Howth
Sunday: Hills.
Going to go down to crusaders(?) (Ringsend running club) next Tuesday and sign up. Need some motivation for the Autumn/Winter runs :D
