Climbing 1:00:00 [1]

Warmed up on the comp wall and did a few problems. Then there was women's training. We did dyno's today which is great because I'm not very good at them. It was nice climbing with other girls and working on things I would tend to not be so good at. As it transpired I'm not to bad at them. Must be to do with my height. Yes my height. Because when I'm training with other girls I'm the TALL ONE. Hehehehehehhe

Trail run in Glen of the Downs. Pretty fun but I wasn't feeling great so took it really easy. Ankle feeling pretty good

Had a great weekend in Galway with Roar, ACampbell, chill, routhe and the Don. Body is feeling stretched and my head is rested. Bring on the week! The plan is to hopefully

Tuesday: orienteering or working really late
Wednesday: hill run unless working too late in which case climbing?
Thursday:Get my bike (woooo) maybe climbing if not done on Wednesday
Friday: tempo run
Saturday: Cycle to Howth
Sunday: Hills.

Going to go down to crusaders(?) (Ringsend running club) next Tuesday and sign up. Need some motivation for the Autumn/Winter runs :D
