Climbing 1:00:00 [1]

Yeah good fun night. finished off the flags except the overhang ones. comp wall up tomorrow so I might go on friday. We shall see :D


did 10 single pull ups (as in not one after the other, probably about two min breaks in between them) and one chin up. Fuck yeah progression.

Stretching 15:00 [0]

One of the good guys in climbing was stretching in the training room so I joined in. Was really good actually.

nice spin up to the post depot in cabra to get my new cycling shorts then out to Furry glen for some orienteering then back home.

time is an estimate but as this was a training cycle I said I'd log it. next time will bring my garmin.

Nice jog around the orienteering course in the Furry Glen. First orienteering in about two months with the ankle and I was babying it a bit. Probably lost about 2 mins to having just runners on as opposed to dobs.

Fitness is obviously not too high but its actually better than I expected maybe. lots of high grass running and only twinged the ankle twice. Two or three lazy mistakes but otherwise clean.
