Nice run around the park. Didn't bring a head torch so I stayed near the tracks. Good terrain practice running those little tracks in the dusk/dark but it does make things rather slow because they're a bit wet as well. Ran up around to the kyber, up the Kyber around that big field with the papal cross and down around to Chesterfield and home to park gates. Was enjoyable.

200s all but1-5 all around 40secs he made us slow down on 6/7 cos a lot of the group were dying with the 30 seconds rest and then 8 was around 36. Pretty steady session. Didn't push too much but stayed at the front for the full session (with two others) Really fun.
