Was highly considering not going tonight cos I'm exhausted today so I don't feel bad about not doing the three. Said I'd do them at 7:45 pace.
The first one was 7:44 so that was good and I told myself that if I didn't do the second one faster I'd have to do a third one. Apparently under pressure my body can pace itself because I came in a whopping 1s faster on the second.
Some of the reasonably paced girls were going past after about a minute so I said I'd do a slightly quick 800 before my cool down and that was at about 8:00 pace which was perfect
