Couldn't do any arms because I hurt my hand so it was all core and legs.

Was a ramp up session so added 10seconds to my planks and wall squats and +5 to all my reps.

Considering how much cake I've had this week I'm happy enough to have not gained more weight.

Was highly considering not going tonight cos I'm exhausted today so I don't feel bad about not doing the three. Said I'd do them at 7:45 pace.

The first one was 7:44 so that was good and I told myself that if I didn't do the second one faster I'd have to do a third one. Apparently under pressure my body can pace itself because I came in a whopping 1s faster on the second.

Some of the reasonably paced girls were going past after about a minute so I said I'd do a slightly quick 800 before my cool down and that was at about 8:00 pace which was perfect

Was feeling tired cycling into work today. I might go climbing tonight instead of running and just have a nice relax
