Working another weekend. Probably the reason I haven't done as much specific o training as I would like to. Also adds to the apathy. I haven't really been enthused like I was over the winter recently. Need to work on that. Set some goals and get more positive.
Calves feeling better today. Will give it a rest for today then hopefully o-training tomorrow. Long run Sunday hopefully but may have to just do a short jog depending on calves. This needs to be sorted.
Joggy warm up with the girls doing the 1mile tt for the road relays. I promptly skedadled over to the other group I noticed forming. Phew.

was supposed to be 3x10 mins 2 min jog recovery but the calves were way too tight starting the third one so I said I'd leave it be for today and not go too hard too fast back to the training. I've got an appointment with that running form physio on Monday. Hopefully that goes well.
This is a really good session. I prefer it to the 3x1mile
