My poor poor little legs. Such a tough uphill. And aroundhill. And downhill. Body just wasn't up for it today unfortunately. Might have something to do with the session yesterday or Ballybraid at the weekend. Uphill really hurting my knees. Lots of people in the way on the downhill.

Did a baby session first week back. 8x400s. Was pretty tough but good craic and the weather was ok so managed to wear my new shorts. feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Poor whoever was behind me!

Ballybraid hill run. So tough. Hunger just kicking in now. k10-k14 I was so drained. Need to do more long stuff so I was happy about this. Time was actually not to bad considering.
