Knees are still pretty sore after the weekend. Might have something to do with how tight the muscles are above it on the inside of the legs.
Will try to early start Scarr to get my races in this year but will prob just walk.

So went out with the early starters to try to stop myself from pushing the knee too much. Kind of worked though I did run a good bit more than intended. That downhill is just so tempting.
Felt really strong from the quads up. Lower body is a mess. Going to give it a rest for the next two days and hopefully it will recover well. might try a bit of cycling on friday.
