Note

Very afraid of this long run tonight considering intervals yesterday were a disaster.... I'll give it a go anyway

Running long 1:31:18 [3] 12.28 km (7:26 / km) +395m 6:24 / km
shoes: Innov8 Terraclaw 250

Added the bit at the start I missed and another 5 mins or so which should be about right with how long it takes to get satellites on the run. Really pleasant run "with" ColmM, Roisin and Aoife.

The moon was really full tonight so when I thought my head torch died I just kept running in the moonlight until i noticed one of the ends was loose... oopsy. pretty much Massy's, lap of Cruagh and then another 2k in Massy's tagged on the end there.

Felt really awful after my can of coke and the cycle home was really dodge. Still haven't eaten anything. Won't be making that mistake in future.
