Note

Got accepted into the Masters I applied for in Uppsala so it looks likely I'll be in Sweden in September.

Exciting times.

Nothing like a good 4k warm up before a 13.3k course....

Orienteering race 2:25:52 [4] 13.3 km (10:58 / km) +495m 9:15 / km

Distance is course distance and so is climb. I suspect it to be more than that however. More to follow.

So mad. If my time has been corrected and i didn't have the extra 3k in my legs I would have gotten real people WR points

Haven't run in a week. Was pretty sick yesterday had to take a day off work but feeling betterish today. Still don't think I should run til the lungs clear up but I really want to =(
