Chest problems are back so thus the lack of running yesterday. Only easy running the first half of the week as a result.

Sat: Leg 4 Glacier lakes.
Sun: non-LL Brown hopefully
Not going out to the hills today :( Will have to make do with a run around the park. Might do the run I did last time backwards?
Finally back in the 63s. Took a while but it looks like things are working away. Gonna stay away from the sugar as much as possible. By product of this little experiment was that I became far less phlegmy which was a big problem for me before.
